Colombian chef Torres brings his mastery of ceviche to São Paulo’s up-and-coming Pinheiros neighborhood. Locals and visitors alike continue to be amazed by the dazzling array of flavors artfully combined on every plate. Reservations are recommended (and available online via the website link below.) The small space can fill easily, but a seat at Suri’s table is worth the wait! Next door, Torres’ other venture, Maiz Arepas, is also worth checking out.
