Dionisio serves drinks and occasionally has a male strip show, but for the most part, it is the home of the Dionisio Divas, a revolving cast of comedic drag queens.
Located in the center of gay Bellavista, most visitors will walk by Dionisio, catch a glimpse of the activity inside and decide to check it out.
These divas are definitely on a tight budget. (Yes, you may even see aluminum foil and magic markers.) But, it can be fun watch their hyperactive comedy routines … even if you don’t speak a word of Spanish. Laugh hard enough and you’re almost guaranteed to get pulled into the act.
