If you meet a wealthy handsome porteno, you might be lucky enough to spend your wedding night at the Faena Hotel. This ritzy hotel in a converted warehouse in posh Puerto Madero features a Philippe Starck-designed interior. Every night within the Faena, a small group of patrons gather for a night of Rojo Tango. Here’s how Lonely Planet Buenos Aires (Travel Guide)
describes the event:

Offering only 100 seats, the Faena’s cabaret room is swathed in blood-red curtains and gilded furniture. The show itself loosely follows the history of tango, starting from its cabaret roots to the modern fusions of Astor Piazzolla. The orchestra is first-rate, there are plenty of sexy period costumes and even a brief nude scene. This is tango foreplay at its best.

In a city full of tango options, three websites have the most useful information: El Tanguata, La Milonga Argentina, Caseron Porteno.

However, if you want to see two men burning up the dance floor (or, if you plan to burn it up yourself) Tango Queer is the best gay option.
