Sleek metal decor creates a certain upscale atmosphere at the Recolata bar/bathhouse known as Zoom. The idea of having an after-work cocktail with amigos and then stepping off to explore a gloryhole may seem strange, but that’s the unique appeal of Zoom. It’s open 24/7 and under the same management as Tom’s, an equally popular cruising bar in the downtown section of Buenos Aires.
Fun fact: Visit Zoom’s TripAdvisor forum to hear from upset tourists who went to “Zoom Buenos Aires” expecting the “Buenos Aires Zoo.”
